We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Air Ticketing
Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for
both freshers and experienced individuals who are passionate about
the travel industry and have a strong desire to learn and grow. Key
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their flight
reservations, changes, and cancellations - Provide excellent
customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Process ticket
bookings and issue e-tickets - Handle customer inquiries and
resolve any issues or complaints - Keep up-to-date with airline
policies, procedures, and regulations - Maintain accurate records
of ticket sales and transactions - Collaborate with other team
members to achieve sales targets and goals - Stay updated with




current industry trends and promotions - Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients and suppliers - Handle cash and credit
card transactions in a timely and accurate manner Requirements: -
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field
(preferred for freshers) - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in
air ticketing (for experienced candidates) - Excellent
communication and customer service skills - Proficient in computer
skills and knowledge of ticketing software - Strong attention to
