As the Technical Program Manager at Praan, you will partner with the Founder and technical teams to ensure that the company's technology outcomes are met successfully within defined timeframes. You would be responsible for ensuring resource planning, time planning, and exceptional cross-team communication to test and deliver products and services on time.
Partner with the founder to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, quality standards, and timelines
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocations
Set transparent goals and objectives for project teams,
and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
Ensure resource planning and availability basis project plans to ensure the team is adequately resourced to achieve desired outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between diverse technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and engineering disciplines
Collaborate closely with technical leads to manage technical risks and address challenges as they arise
Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact project delivery, and develop proactive mitigation strategies
Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and technical specifications by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes
