About the Company

The purpose of this role is to provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) by driving the understanding, planning, implementation, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives managed by the CDO's office. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert on market and industry trends and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CDO's office.

Responsibilities
- Project Management & Strategic Execution
- Develop a strong understanding of the business environment, organizational structure, and ways of working
- Gain insight into the company's growth objectives and the programs designed to achieve them
- Monitor, track, and report progress against strategic goals, highlighting risks, delays, dependencies, and opportunities to the CDO
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional strategies and oversee execution plans
- Assist the CDO in conducting Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews
- Manage end-to-end execution of projects,



strategic initiatives, and new business ventures assigned by the CDO
- Analyze and evaluate new projects and business opportunities, presenting recommendations along with potential advantages and challenges.
- Market & Industry Intelligence
- Prepare reports and presentations related to new business initiatives and growth opportunities
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, and emerging opportunities
- Identify business outliers and provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis
- Recommend solutions to business challenges across assigned functions and departments
- Conduct competitive analysis by evaluating market trends, products, and competitor strategies
- Engage with customers, suppliers, industry experts, and professional bodies to stay updated on industry developments
