enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport
Ground Staff. Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be
responsible for providing effective and friendly service to our
passengers at the airport. Your main role will be to assist
passengers with their check-in, baggage, and boarding procedures,
as well as providing general information and support to ensure a
smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Responsibilities: • Greet
and assist passengers at the airport terminal • Check-in passengers
and their baggage according to airline procedures • Ensure all
necessary documents are in order and comply with security
regulations • Provide information and assistance to passengers
regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries • Assist




passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a safe and
comfortable journey • Handle and resolve any customer complaints or
issues in a professional manner • Collaborate with other airport
staff and departments to ensure efficient operations • Maintain a
clean and organized work area at all times • Adhere to all safety
and security procedures at the airport • Perform any other duties
assigned by the supervisor or management Qualifications: • Minimum
high school diploma or equivalent • Excellent communication and
customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment • Basic computer skills and knowledge of
airline systems is an asset • Flexibility to work in shifts,
including weekends and holidays • Physically fit and able to lift
and move heavy baggage • Ability to work well in a team and handle
stressful situations calmly • Fluency in English and knowledge of
other languages is a plus Contract
