ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Lead with strong expertise in project management, content production and development, reporting, stakeholder management, awards strategy, client storytelling, PR, events, and team management experience. The role supports the wider Marketing and New Business teams to ensure all activities contribute to business growth and lead generation. The role is split between Global and Regional responsibilities and responsible for EMEA and MENA markets specifically, therefore experience working in a Global role with EMEA experience is preferred. Experience working within a PR, digital or mobile agency, media vendor or app-based client preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES REPORTING,



LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION * Prepare monthly results and insights decks for senior leadership and other senior teams * Lead and manage a team of 4+ members (designers and content producers), ensuring clear priorities, quality output, and workflow efficiency and delivered at all times * Work closely with peers Global Marketing Lead (SG) and direct report into Global Head of Marketing (LA) to align and deliver marketing activities with business growth and lead-generation goals. * Partner with cross-functional teams (eg design, strategy, product, performance) to deliver integrated campaigns. * Oversee project management and operational processes using Asana. * Manage budgets for marketing activities, providing regular updates and financial inputs for senior leadership and finance reporting. * Set explicit targets and OKRs for self and team that contribute to the successful delivery of the 2026 Marketing strategy AWARDS STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT * Lead the full awards lifecycle: from identifying winni
