Job Description: We are currently seeking a Check-in Counter
Executive to join our team at the Kolkata Airport. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer
service to our passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient
check-in process. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist
passengers at the check-in counter - Verify travel documents and
ensure they are valid - Weigh and tag baggage according to airline
regulations - Process ticket changes, upgrades, and cancellations -
Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Handle and
resolve any customer complaints or issues - Collaborate with other
departments to ensure a seamless check-in process - Maintain
accurate records of passenger information - Adhere to all safety
and security procedures - Keep the check-in counter area clean and
organized - Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and
flight schedules Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is
preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment -
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficient in
using computer systems and software - Willingness to work flexible
hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a
background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Fluency
