About the Role We are hiring a Performance Marketing Associate with deep expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) to own and scale performance marketing initiatives across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem. This role requires strong hands-on experience across Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads , with full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-driven, and comfortable operating at scale in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.



Experience beyond Amazon (Google / Meta) is a plus, but AMS is the core focus of this role . Key Responsibilities Amazon Ads Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end campaign planning, setup, and execution across Amazon DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Build and scale advanced targeting strategies including: Keyword research & harvesting Product & category targeting Audience remarketing & custom audience creation Drive full-funnel acquisition, retargeting, and retention strategies within Amazon’s ecosystem Performance Optimization & Growth Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns against key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR Execute structured A/B testing across creatives, bidding models, placements, and audience strategies Identify scale opportunities while maintaining efficiency and profitability at high spends Proactively troubleshoot performance dips and recommend corre
