About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven expertise in West Hyderabad's residential real estate market . The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in selling premium residential projects and luxury gated communities , along with strong market knowledge, channel partner relationships, and leadership capabilities to drive sales growth..

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, client meetings, and sales negotiations.
- Generate qualified leads through various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales funnel, bookings, collections,



and conversion ratios.
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure timely closures and maximize revenue generation.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven sales experience with strong market exposure in West Hyderabad (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in channel sales and broker network management.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
