The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing high-impact strategic partnerships across key regions. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, scaling recruitment channels, and strengthening commercial performance across agent networks.

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
Drive student recruitment growth through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and current growth opportunities.
Develop region-specific business plans and go-to-market strategies.
Client Acquisition & Account Growth




Grow existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Act as a key commercial point of contact for agents and institutional partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships to drive sustained business performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Performance Management & Reporting
Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics.
Analyse data to optimise recruitment strategies and improve ROI.
Provide regular business reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Student Recruitment Support (Commercial Focus)
Work closely with agents to improve application quality and conversion rates.
