Reporting into the Managing Director - FYND and Director of Strategy & Planning, you will lead the Programmatic strategy and assisting in multi-channel agency pitches.



Delivering a world class service – the agency account and planning teams are the primary clients, so you will communicate well with agency colleagues and share your knowledge, and constantly improve the reputation of programmatic investment through your professional attitude and knowledge of the space. Proven experience of building strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across the agency. You will articulate the value FYND Media service for each client through effective and insightful data led presentations. You will be an expert in explaining difficult data led concepts and analysis in a story driven discussion to educate and upsell ideas. You will act as a point of escalation for all top line programmatic queries and troubleshooting problems, deep-dives and be considered an expert in programmatic strategy and planning, through both platform working knowledge and a solid understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.
