Key Responsibilities Practice & Strategy Leadership Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the Salesforce practice Establish best practices, governance, delivery frameworks, and reusable assets Drive practice profitability, utilization, and revenue growth Client & Delivery Management Act as executive sponsor for key Salesforce engagements Ensure successful delivery across Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) Oversee solution quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction Pre-Sales & Business Development Partner with sales teams on pursuits, proposals, and solution design Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions,
