Mentorship & Adaptation: Mentor rural entrepreneurs across Maharashtra zones, enabling them to actively participate in idea trials, adapt, and ultimately own the implemented solutions for long-term sustainability. Spend time analyzing local and regional markets to identify high-demand items for rural areas. Network Building: Actively build and activate critical market connections and raw material sourcing connections for entrepreneurs. Candidate Requirements: Professional Experience & Qualifications: Experience: Over 6 years of work experience , with a minimum of 3 years in rural development initiatives or as an entrepreneur.
