NextGen Medworks India is our sister venture bringing the same portfolio and partnerships to the Indian market. As we scale both businesses, we’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to help us grow our distributor network, deepen KOL engagement, and build brand presence across both geographies.
The Role :
This is a dual-market, high-ownership role for someone who can move comfortably between boardroom negotiations with distributors and hospital corridors building relationships with key opinion leaders. You’ll be the bridge between our principals (OEM partners), our distribution network, and the clinicians who ultimately drive adoption of our products.
Frequent travel across India and the UAE is a core part of this job — you should be energized by being on the road and in front of people, not tied to a desk.
Key Responsibilities
Distributor & Channel Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners across India and the UAE
- Negotiate distribution terms, rate contracts, and commercial agreements in line with company objectives Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and payment terms;
resolve disputes and strengthen underperforming relationships
- Support market expansion into recent territories and product categories (ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, Orthopedics, and beyond)
KOL Management & Clinical Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, surgeons, and clinical decision-makers across target hospital networks (including NMC and other private/public networks)
