/n About the Role:
/n We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The role requires solid technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
/n Key Responsibilities:
/n /n Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
/n Develop design concepts and assist in the preparation of presentation drawings.
/n Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
/n Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution.
/n Ensure drawings comply with project specifications,



local regulations, and industry standards.
/n Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution.
/n Prepare design documentation and maintain project records.
/n Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
/n /n Requirements:
/n /n Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
/n 2+ years of relevant architectural experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
/n Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings.
/n Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
/n Good understanding of municipal regulations and building codes.
/n Strong communication and coordination skills.
/n Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
