We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to build the foundations of Human Resource Management while handling core managerial functions of the startup As the first dedicated HR professional in the company you will set up policies processes and practices that shape the employee experience and strengthen our culture If you are passionate about creating people-centric systems enjoy taking initiative and want to be part of a fast-growing organization this internship gives you the chance to contribute at a foundational level Internship Details Type Full-Time In-Office Internship Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Duration 6 Months Stipend Range 7 000 to 10 000 per month Key Responsibilities Develop implement and continuously improve HR policies employee handbook and processes aligned with the organization Manage the end-to-end recruitment process job postings interviews offers onboarding Design appraisal systems feedback frameworks and employee engagement programs Handle payroll and leave management while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements PF ESIC Shops Establishments Gratuity etc Work closely with the Founder to support management and compliance Manage travel arrangements meeting logistics and company events Handle filling out forms applications and statutory documentation for events and permits Work with leadership to build a positive inclusive and growth-oriented work environment Qualifications Bachelor s degree HR Business Administration or related Strong understanding of Indian employee related laws and HR compliance Ability to set up HR systems and processes independently Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace HRMS exposure is an advantage Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment What You ll Gain Hands-on exposure to HR and administration practices Opportunity to work directly with the Founder and core team Experience in setting up HR processes in a growing company Mentorship
