/n Qualification: Any Graduate
/n Experience: 3 – 6 Years
/n Key Responsibilities
/n Develop engaging learning content for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Web-Based Training (WBT) programs
/n Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional design documents
/n Design learner-centric training solutions aligned to business requirements
/n Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content
/n Support the development of e-learning modules and digital learning assets
/n Ensure learning content follows instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies




/n Create visually engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva
/n Qualifications & Skills
/n 3–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, E-learning Development, or Training Content Creation
/n Experience in creating ILT and WBT storyboards
/n Strong content structuring and writing skills
/n Positive understanding of adult learning principles and Bloom's Taxonomy
/n Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
/n Experience working with SMEs and business stakeholders
/n Exposure to e-learning projects will be an advantage
