About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive / Specialist to own the top of the sales funnel by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing marketing-generated leads until they are ready for product demonstrations.
This role serves as the critical bridge between Marketing and Sales , ensuring every lead is engaged, qualified, and progressed efficiently through the pipeline. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organised, and confident engaging enterprise prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn while building meaningful relationships that drive conversions.
Engage marketing-generated leads from events, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, website enquiries, referrals, gated content, and other demand generation initiatives.
Design and execute structured follow-up sequences across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Pipeline Management
Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.




Execute personalised outbound outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Waalaxy, email, and cold calling .
CRM & Sales Operations
Maintain accurate lead status, activity logs, notes, and follow-up schedules within the CRM.
Ensure zero lead leakage through disciplined CRM hygiene and timely updates.
Track outreach performance and contribute insights to improve lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Support reporting on lead progression, MQL conversions, and sales pipeline metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
~1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales Development.
~ Experience working with B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, logistics, procurement, or supply chain solutions is preferred.
