We are looking for a Lead – Infrastructure & Administration to lead Pan India infrastructure and administration operations.

Key Responsibilities

:
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including new office/branch setup, relocation, renovation, expansion, and closure

.
- Manage real estate, lease, site selection, and space planning activities

.
- Drive project planning, budgeting, execution, and timely completion of infrastructure projects

.
- Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other support services

.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, contracts, renewals, and performance monitoring

.
- Manage infrastructure and administration budgets, cost control, and expense monitoring

.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements

.
- Manage office assets, inventory, and infrastructure-related equipment

.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders,



landlords, contractors, architects, and external agencies

.
- Prepare infrastructure MIS, project updates, budgets, and management reports

.
- Lead and manage the Administration & Infrastructure team at the Pan India level

.
Ideal Candidat

e:
- 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Administration, Facilities, or Real Estate Managemen

t.
- Strong experience in recent office/branch setup, relocation, renovation, and infrastructure project managemen

t.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, or a similar multi-location organisation preferre

d.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill

- Willingness to travel across locations as require
