Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director – India Leader to drive new business growth in the Global Capability Center (GCC) market.



This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing net-new GCC setup, expansion, and transformation opportunities across multinational enterprises.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in enterprise sales, technology consulting, migration/modernization (on-prem to cloud, cloud to cloud) sales expertise, digital transformation, or GCC advisory services, along with established relationships across GCC, GBS, and C-suite leadership. The individual will engage senior executives, influence strategic GCC decisions, and lead large-scale transformation and outsourcing pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Identify and pursue current GCC setup, expansion, and transformation opportunities.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline within Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies to penetrate target accounts.
