Vice President – Partnerships (India and ROW)

As the Vice President – Partnerships, your mission is to build and scale a partner ecosystem that drives sustainable revenue growth, expands our market reach, and strengthens our leadership in India. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will define and execute our partnerships strategy, lead a high-performing team, and build strategic alliances that accelerate growth across the India region.

What You'll Own

Partnership Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute LeadSquared's partnerships strategy for India.
- Build a scalable ecosystem of Channel Partners and Strategic Partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that unlock current markets, industries, customer segments, and regional revenue streams.

Revenue Ownership
- Own partner-sourced revenue across India.




- Develop and execute partner-led GTM strategies to generate pipeline and accelerate enterprise sales in India.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership on co-selling initiatives, strategic account planning, and enterprise opportunities.

Partner Ecosystem
- Recruit, onboard, enable, and grow strategic partners (ex. Deloitte, KPMG, EY, BCG, Mckinsey etc)
- Design partner programs, enablement frameworks, certification models, and engagement plans that drive partner success.
- Build executive relationships with partner leadership and conduct regular business reviews to ensure mutual growth.

Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Partnerships team.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Operations to maximize business outcomes.
