At the same time, to secure operational performance at the manufacturing site through reliable budgeting, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and proactive supplier management, enabling business continuity and supporting growth across all regions. ?️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for the assigned raw material portfolio, aligned with corporate objectives, sustainability targets,



and innovation roadmaps. Lead global supplier qualification processes, including audits, compliance checks, and onboarding. Negotiate and manage global framework agreements, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key global suppliers; conduct performance reviews and joint business planning. Implement risk management strategies for supply continuity, price volatility, and regulatory compliance. Monitor global market trends, cost drivers, and risk factors; develop cost models and index-based pricing mechanisms. Collaborate with R&D;, Perfumers and Suppliers to enable innovation and sustainable sourcing solutions. Act as subject matter expert for the assigned portfolio and provide guidance to local buyers globally.
