Req ID 347676 NTT DATA strives to hire exceptional innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us If you want to be part of an inclusive adaptable and forward-thinking organization apply now We are currently seeking a Coupa Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad Telangana IN-TG India IN Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Coupa Administrator to support the configuration maintenance and optimization of our Coupa platform The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access workflows integrations and supporting procurement invoicing and expense management functionalities This role serves as the primary point of contact for all Coupa-related technical and operational issues Key Responsibilities Administer and configure the Coupa platform including Procurement Invoicing Expenses and Supplier Information Management modules Manage user roles permissions workflow approvals and system configurations Partner with procurement finance and IT teams to support Coupa-related projects and enhancements Monitor integrations between Coupa and ERP systems e g SAP Oracle Workday Conduct testing troubleshooting and issue resolution Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration user manuals and training materials Support end-user training and provide ongoing support and issue resolution Generate and analyze reports dashboards and KPIs for stakeholders Ensure data integrity and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures Coordinate with Coupa Support and other vendors for issue escalation and resolution Salesforce knowledge and certification is preferred Flexibility to learn basics of Salesforce is required Flexible to work in shifts and in a project 24X7 model Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Systems Business Finance or related field 5 years of experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a similar procurement systems admin role Solid understanding of Coupa modules including P
