Community Manager & Events Coordinator – India

Location: Cephlan Head Office, Tambaram, Chennai, India

Working arrangement: Full-time, in office position

Remote and hybrid working are not available for this role

Gross salary: ₹26,000.00 per months ( equivalent to ₹3,12 lakh perannum)

Cephlan is looking for an organised and creative Community Manager & Events Coordinator to support ZSI’s marketing, medical education and business-development activities in India (Cephlan is a branch of ZSI company: www.Zsimplants.Ch).

Based at Cephlan’s head office in Chennai, you will manage ZSI India’s digital communications, coordinate online and onsite skilled events, and provide organisational support to our commercial and clinical activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining content creation, social media, event coordination and structured follow-up in an international medical-device environment.

Key responsibilities

Digital communications
- Build, manage and maintain the CEPHLAN editorial calendar.
- Administer LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram,



TikTok and other approved digital channels.
- Gather information from Cephlan’s sale representative, our surgeons and other internal stakeholders, and turn it into clear, engaging content.
- Draft social media posts, newsletters, invitations, video scripts and other communications in English.
- Make or coordinate graphic-design requirements with ZSI Designer or an approved external provider in India.
- Schedule approved content and adapt long-form videos into shorter formats for social media.
- Monitor comments and enquiries and refer all clinical or technical questions to Cephlan’s sale representatives or ZSI management.
- Prepare a monthly report covering content performance, events, engagement and qualified contacts generated.

Meetings, webinars and events
- Schedule online (webinars, workshops etc.) and onsite (congress, workshops etc.) qualified meetings.
