Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Sales Executive will identify and develop recent business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as architects, consultants, facility managers, and contractors, and promote STM Fire Systems’ solutions across target sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and following up to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and reports, and staying informed about fire safety regulations and industry trends. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
