We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Senior Research Scientist / Team Leader – Formulation R&D; (FR&D;) to lead end-to-end formulation development activities, from concept to commercialization, for export-oriented products.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Formulation R&D;, with preferred exposure to Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, Intimate Care, Skin Care, along with sound knowledge of international regulatory requirements.

- Job Title: Senior Research Scientist / Team Leader – Formulation R&D; (FR&D;)
- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.S / M.Sc in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Medical Devices / Food Supplements / Cosmetics
- Market Exposure: Export Markets – US, EU, and other international markets

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end formulation development, from concept and product development through commercialization, for export markets.




- Design and execute pre-formulation studies, compatibility studies, and formulation development strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage trial batches, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Ensure formulation development activities comply with international regulatory requirements, including the US, EU, and other applicable export markets.
- Review and approve development reports, protocols, technical documentation, and other R&D-related; records.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), and Supply Chain.
- Drive innovation, cost optimization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Formulation R&D; function.
- Mentor, guide, and lead a team of scientists, ensuring continuous skill development and effective performance management.
