They are looking for Operations Leader who will manage their entire Supply Chain (Post Manufacturing to Customer Delivery) Job Summary We are seeking an execution-driven Head of Supply Operations to lead our complete Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fulfillment network. You will design the strategic supply architecture, manage vendor ecosystems, oversee multi-warehouse operations, and optimize last-mile delivery to maximize customer satisfaction while controlling bottom-line margins. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Vendor Management Supplier Relations: Lead strategic partnerships with raw material manufacturers, packers, and suppliers. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), optimal pricing structures, and versatile payment terms. Capacity Mapping:



Monitor manufacturer capacity cycles to secure manufacturing inventory ahead of high-volume seasonal spikes. Demand Planning & Inventory Control S&OP; Forecasting: Build analytics frameworks with category managers to accurately forecast market demand. Stock Optimization: Maintain balanced inventory levels to prevent both costly stockouts and excessive dead stock. Omnichannel Visibility: Oversee system reconciliations across platforms like Shopify, Amazon FBA, and regional quick-commerce hubs. Fulfillment & Last-Mile Logistics 3PL Oversight: Select and manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and courier aggregators. SLA Adherence: Ensure strict turnaround times (TAT) for Next Day Delivery (NDD) and Same Day Delivery (SDD) routes. Exception Control: Implement protocols to minimize Return to Origin (RTO%) and resolve Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) efficiently.
