Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and clients.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
- Track performance metrics and report on business development progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales.
- Prior experience in the Staffing and Recruitment industry is highly preferred.
