every day Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd level support
for productivity tools, business applications, and IT




infrastructure, with a solid focus on Windows and Fortinet
environments. Develop monitoring capabilities that provide detailed
insights into system performance, availability, and health,
including the creation of dashboards, alerts, and metrics. Develop
and deploy automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, enhance
system reliability, and increase overall operational efficiency.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous
improvement of IT solutions at a global level. Participate in
cutting-edge technological projects at a global level. Coordinate
and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external
vendors. ✅ What you need to shine in this role Educational
Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or similar
educational background. Key Knowledge: SO: Windows Series, Windows
server, IOS, Android Administrative tools: Active Directory, DNS,
DHCP, File Server. Backup tools: Veeam
