Works closely with school leadership, instructional teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Design & Program Development
- Lead the design, development, and continuous refinement of curriculum and interdisciplinary programs across sections and campuses
- Translate the school’s philosophy into structured, high-impact learning experiences with explicit student outcomes
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in curriculum and instructional practices
- Integrate global best practices and research into program design
- Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and the school’s definition of learning
evaluate, and integrate emerging tools, technologies, and pedagogical models
- Design, pilot, and scale innovations in teaching, learning, and school processes
- Build and manage strategic partnerships to support innovation and scalability
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Implementation
- Partner with Section Heads, Subject Leads, and Instructional Coaches to drive implementation
- Support educators in translating program design into effective classroom practice
- Align stakeholders around shared learning goals and outcomes
4. Professional Development & Capacity Building
- Design and facilitate professional learning aligned to new programs and pedagogical shifts
- Build educator capability in inquiry-based learning, assessment design, and use of technology/AI
- Partner with the Professional Development team to create sustained learning journeys
