The role

This role calls for someone who combines financial market credibility with advisory sharpness. You will be advising CFOs, investor relations heads, CEOs, and boards on some of the most sensitive communications challenges in the financial sector: earnings, regulatory actions, capital raises, M&A;, and crisis. You operate as a trusted counsel.

What you will do
- Lead financial services client mandates with full P&L; ownership revenue forecasting, margin management, client retention and expansion
- Advise CEOs, CFOs, and board members on reputation strategy linked to financial events—earnings communications, capital raises, regulatory inquiries, credit events, and M&A;
- Proven ability to engage in strategic negotiations, advise on high-stakes executive communication, and consistently deliver client outcomes that go beyond the brief—building the kind of trust that retains mandates and deepens relationships
- Counsel clients on investor relations strategy and market narrative—including analyst engagement, institutional messaging, and proxy-related comm
