Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented
individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this
role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to
our customers at the airport. You will assist with check-in,
boarding, and other customer inquiries to ensure a seamless travel
experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary
and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome
customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with
check-in and boarding processes - Answer customer inquiries and
provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other
airport services - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of

environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus -
