The purpose of the role is to work as strategic, and execution support administrative support to Chairman, driving key organizational priorities, cross-functional programs and executive decision support across the business.
The incumbent is expected to drive Chairman’s office projects end to end (understanding, compilation, implementation, execution, and monitoring of projects) and act as liaison between the MD’s office and business/functional leaders
The incumbent is expected to be a subject matter expert on Industry / Market trends and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters about Chairman’s office.
Key Job Responsibilities
Effective management of Projects from the Chairman’s Office
- Develop a quick keen and in-depth understanding of the business workplace, internal organization, and ways of working
- Understand the growth targets of the company, strategic objectives and hence drive various programs to meet these goals
- Monitor and report progress on these goals. Highlight risks, delays,
and opportunities to Chairman
- Develop a strategy in consultation with stakeholders for the chosen function and manage the ensuing action
- Drive innovation and structured problem-solving practices across teams
- Assist the Chairman in conducting Monthly, Quarterly, & Annual Reviews and drive the action items
- End to end management of various projects/activities/new business venture from the Chairman’s office
- Study, analyse, and present pros and cons of new Projects initiated by the Chairman’s office
- Review the key business metrics as per frequency (daily/ weekly/ monthly) and submit key inferences, suggestive action plan
Subject Matter Expert on Market / Industry
- Will have to prepare reports about new business initiative
- Study market trends identify outliers and analyse report
- Track industry, regulatory and competitive trends to inform leadership decision
