Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, data-first Social Media Manager to lead our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.



You will work closely with an agency ecosystem and internal teams to drive content, storytelling, performance, community engagement, and online reputation management. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part creator, and part analyst someone who understands how to scale a digital community with trust, empathy, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Content & Campaigns Own the monthly content and social media calendar across all platforms. Work with content, brand, and agency partners to conceptualize campaigns for topical and cultural moments (e.g., International Day events, festive occasions, New Year, product/feature launches). Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across touchpoints. Identify new formats, trends, hooks, and platform-native storytelling opportunities.
