industrialize and support manufacturing and assembly processes for aerospace structural components. Candidate must have at least one of the following specializations: Bending / Hand Forming; Sheet Metal Fabrication; Press & Heat Treatment; or Mechanical Assembly. The role requires hands-on process definition, tooling specification, shopfloor support, quality compliance, and continuous improvement to meet AIRBUS standards.
