YES MADAM is on the hunt for a System Architect to design and lead the next generation of scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems powering India's fastest-growing beauty & wellness platform.

As a System Architect, you'll be the technical backbone of our engineering team — defining system design, architecture, and scalability strategies while mentoring developers to build robust systems that handle millions of users.

What You'll Do

Design and oversee architecture for distributed and microservices-based systems

Collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions

Define coding, performance, and security standards

Optimize system performance, latency, and reliability

Lead modernization efforts — containerization, CI/CD, observability, etc.





Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical mentorship to the development team

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies for scalability and cost efficiency

What We're Looking For

Strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

Solid understanding of system design, scalability patterns, and cloud-native architecture

Experience with AWS cloud platform

Proficient in SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases

Robust foundation in API design, caching, asynchronous processing, and event-driven systems

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with large-scale, high-concurrency systems

Hands-on exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)

Deep understanding of application security and compliance best practices
- Prior experience leading tech migrations or platform redesigns
