Position: Health Operations Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $30–$65/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Design realistic, end-to-end healthcare workflows that challenge today's best models. Grade agent performance in scenarios across revenue cycle and claims, healthcare administration, and clinical documentation support. Build scenarios in areas like claims submission, denial appeals, medical coding in ICD-10 and CPT , and patient communications. Develop challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of focus. Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or medical billing and coding. Working fluency in at least two of:



ICD-10 / CPT coding, claims workflows, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena), or HIPAA compliance. Comfortable with healthcare artifacts like claim forms and coded charts. Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step. Preferred CPC , CCS , or equivalent certification.
