any field - Excellent communication and customer service skills -
Robust knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems -
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple
tasks simultaneously - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant
software - Proactive and able to work independently - Willing to
