About the Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow our portfolio of mobile games through Paid User Acquisition (UA) and App Store Optimization (ASO). This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work closely with our Product, Art, and Data teams to improve game visibility, acquire quality users, and optimize marketing performance. What You'll Do User Acquisition (Performance Marketing) Execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other ad platforms. Monitor campaign performance and optimize towards KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, Retention, LTV, and CAC. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Coordinate with the Art team to test recent creatives and improve campaign performance. Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with the team. App Store Optimization (ASO)



Assist in planning and executing ASO strategies for Google Play and Apple App Store. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, icons, and other store assets. Monitor keyword rankings, store conversion rates, and organic installs. Run A/B tests to improve app store performance. Growth & Analytics Track key marketing metrics including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, IPM, Retention, and Organic Installs. Stay updated with trends in mobile gaming, app marketing, and advertising platforms. Use AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and support campaign optimization. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in Mobile Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, ASO, or Growth Marketing. Experience working on mobile apps or games (gaming experience is preferred). Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms.
