Learning & Development

Project Budget Analysis

Cost Analysis

Negotiations with clients, Agencies, Staff, management

Client Presentations

Plan project execution and submit report to the HOD Building

Vendors managements

Profit and Loss Analysis on quarterly basis

Organizing all work activities

Staffing

Directing

Controlling

Revenue Generation

Employees Retention

Grievance Redressals

Maintain work harmony between the team and the project in charge/manager

Reports and ensure that per day targets are achieved for project execution
