Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and
providing excellent customer service at the airport. Your main
duties will include checking-in passengers, issuing boarding
passes, assisting with baggage, and directing passengers to their
designated gates. You will also be responsible for ensuring the
safety and security of the airport and its passengers. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in
procedures - Issue boarding passes and luggage tags - Handle
passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules,
delays, and cancellations - Assist passengers with baggage and
direct them to their designated gates - Ensure the safety and
security of the airport and its passengers - Communicate and
coordinate with other airport staff and departments - Handle any
customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner -
Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all
airport and airline policies and procedures - Attend training and
development programs as required Requirements: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
workplace - Good problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a
team and independently - Willingness to work in shifts, including
nights, weekends, and holidays - Basic computer skills - Physically
