Role Overview As a Visual Design Intern / Associate , you will support the design team in creating compelling visual assets across brand touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with solid visual instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to learn how design contributes to brand identity and user experience. You will work closely with senior designers, marketing,
and cross-functional teams to help bring creative ideas to life while building real-world portfolio work. Key Responsibilities Visual Production & Asset Creation Assist in producing visual designs for digital channels: social media, newsletters, web banners, ads, blogs, and product imagery. Support creation of print-ready assets for packaging, lookbooks, retail displays, and event materials. Prepare layouts, typography treatments, colour compositions, and image treatments that align with brand standards. Collaboration & Creative Support Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing to interpret briefs into engaging visuals that reflect brand tone and strategy. Participate in creative reviews and critique sessions with constructive feedback. Maintain consistency of brand elements and visual systems across formats and platforms. Learning & Trend Research Stay updated on design and lifestyle trends to inform vis
