together. Role Overview: We’re looking for an experienced and
hands-on Team Lead/Manager to oversee a team supporting our Revenue
Operations group. This team plays a critical role in maintaining
data integrity, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring
reporting accuracy across systems. This role combines people
leadership, technical expertise, and operational ownership. You’ll
partner closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Compensation




leaders to prioritize work, improve processes, and ensure
high-quality execution. In addition to managing day-to-day
operations, you’ll help identify opportunities to scale and enhance
how work gets done. What You’ll Do- Lead and Develop the Team ●
Manage, coach, and develop a team responsible for data and
administrative operations ● Set explicit priorities, monitor
performance, and ensure delivery against SLAs and quality standards
● Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support team performance
and growth, while keeping stakeholders informed on progress,
results, and improvement areas; proactively address performance
gaps to ensure consistent delivery ● Step in as needed to resolve
