Role Overview: As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will provide strategic direction and operational stewardship to scale this national service for informal workers. The role blends high-level organisational leadership with systems strengthening, partnership development, and external engagement. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Operations: Lead the overall strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of the helpline. Program Planning: Guide national expansion and ensure robust counselling protocols, workflows, and performance systems. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams with a focus on capacity building, staff well-being, and career development. Partnership Building: Strengthen the response ecosystem by coordinating with labour organisations, civil society actors,



and legal aid providers to support workers in distress.
