/n Key Responsibilities
/n As an Associate Dentist, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while working alongside an experienced mentor.




/n Your responsibilities will include:
/n /n Conducting general dental consultations and routine clinical procedures.
/n Assisting in advanced dental treatments and complex cases.
/n Explaining treatment plans and guiding patients with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
/n Building strong patient relationships through excellent communication.
/n Following up with patients to support treatment acceptance and continuity of care.
/n Managing qualified patient enquiries generated through digital marketing, social media, and referrals.
/n Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and collaborating with team members.
/n Contributing to initiatives that enhance patient experience and practice growth.
/n /n Qualifications & Requirements
/n BDS or MDS degree from a recognized institution.
/n Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience.
