We re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative Sales Development Representative This role is Hybrid Pune Office Senior Business Development Representative Sales Development Representative Mumbai Pune or Hyderabad Remote This role owns top of funnel pipeline generation for the India region It is a highly visible high impact position with accountability for creating predictable scalable pipeline that fuels regional growth You will operate as both an execution leader and a strategic partner to APJ Business Development leadership and local Commercial leadership This is not a passive lead qualification role It is designed for someone who genuinely loves business development thrives on activity enjoys competition and wants to be recognised as a top of funnel leader Expectations are high Autonomy is high The rewards for top performers are even higher In This Role You Will Own top of funnel pipeline generation for the India region across outbound and inbound Deliver high volume high quality outbound activity with proven experience sustaining 80 dials per day Execute at speed across phone email LinkedIn and targeted campaigns Build and maintain a healthy future focused pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets Design and execute outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales Qualify opportunities using robust commercial judgement and buying signal alignment Act as a strategic voice for the India market sharing insights and recommendations Report weekly and quarterly on activity pipeline and conversion to APJ BD and local Commercial leadership Represent the Business Development function confidently in leadership forums Partner closely with Sales Marketing and Operations to continuously improve performance How you will work Spend the majority of time actively prospecting and creating opportunities Plan and manage your own book of business without being chased Use Outreach and Salesforce with discipline accuracy and intent Maintain strong foll
