Role description:
The Proforma Invoicing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate and professional proforma invoices for customers at a luxury furniture store. This role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, pricing accuracy, and compliance with the company’s premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed and accurate proforma invoices for customer orders, including item descriptions, pricing, taxes, shipping, and other charges.
- Ensure that all invoice details align with customer orders and sales agreements.
- Customize proforma invoices based on customer-specific requests or bespoke orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to verify product specifications, pricing, and discounts before issuing proforma invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of all proforma invoices and related documentation.
- Update invoice templates to reflect any changes in pricing, tax rules, or policies.




- Identify opportunities to improve the proforma invoicing process for accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the accounts team in reconciling proforma invoices with final invoices after order confirmation.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location: Building No. C-2, Gala No. 1 to 6, Chamunda Complex, near Kasheli, Thane, 421302.
Experience: Fresher to Experienced
Week off: Friday

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
