Ø Assist the quality manager in the preparation of the documents related to the quality system and in establishing, implementing and maintaining the process needed for the quality management system within the laboratory.
Ø Monitor all technical activities performed in the laboratory and intervene effectively whenever there are outliers or non-compliance.
Ø Monitor the daily analytical work including internal and external quality control, troubleshooting and reporting of results.
Ø Train personnel with the assistance of Human Resource department.
Ø Introduce recent tests after the correct standardization.
