Create static ad creatives, social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, and campaign visuals for digital marketing requirements.
- Design creatives mainly for Meta Ads, including feed ads, story ads, carousel-style concepts, lead generation creatives, and offer-based creatives.
- Convert marketing briefs into visually clear creatives with solid hooks, messaging hierarchy, CTA placement, and brand consistency.
- Create multiple design variations for performance testing, including different angles, layouts, colors, headlines, and visual concepts.
- Use Adobe Photoshop confidently for editing, layout design, background creation, image treatment, typography, and final creative output.
- Leverage AI tools for design ideation, image generation support, background creation, moodboards, concept exploration, and faster creative production.
- Work with existing branding assets such as logo, colors, fonts, product images, brand guidelines, and references to create consistent creatives.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand campaign goals, audience insights,



creative feedback, and performance-based improvements. Maintain organized design files, creative versions, and source files for future editing and campaign reuse.
- Stay updated with new creative formats, ad trends, AI design tools, and high-performing ad creative styles used in the market.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in an ad agency, creative agency, or digital marketing agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of ad creatives used in Meta Ads and other performance marketing campaigns.
