The Gallore is a premium Indian wedding fashion marketplace for lehengas, sarees, sherwanis, jewellery and bridal fashion. We are building a platform where boutiques, designers and rental stores can list their products for buying and renting.
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive in Pune who can visit fashion stores, speak with shop owners and help us onboard sellers before launch.
Role
This is a field sales role. You will visit boutiques, saree shops, lehenga stores, jewellery stores and bridal rental stores across Pune.
Your main work will be to explain The Gallore to shop owners, collect their WhatsApp numbers, arrange demos and help interested sellers start the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Visit fashion stores and boutiques in Pune daily
Speak directly with shop owners and decision makers
Explain how The Gallore can help sellers get visibility from wedding fashion customers
Collect seller details such as shop name, owner name, WhatsApp number, location and product category
Schedule follow-up calls or demos with interested sellers
Share daily visit reports with the team
Understand seller questions, doubts and objections
Help sellers with basic onboarding steps when required
Maintain polite and professional communication with shop owners
Comfortable doing field work and visiting shops daily
Good communication in Hindi and Marathi
Basic English is good to have
Confident in speaking with shop owners
Experience in field sales, retail sales, BDE, fashion retail, jewellery sales, real estate sales, credit card sales or loan sales is preferred
Must have a smartphone
Must be comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Maps
Should be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
