Astroc is a Hyderabad-based deep-tech company building products across AI and computer vision, drones and unmanned systems, and industrial technology.

Our current market focus is the Astroc Nebulae Vision System, a software-only, camera-agnostic AI layer that runs on a factory's existing CCTV and NVR. It turns those cameras into a live safety and productivity engine: PPE and helmet compliance, restricted-zone and loitering alerts, work-versus-idle activity insight, face-recognition attendance, cross-camera person re-identification and an owner dashboard. It is built compliant with the DPDP Act 2023 and mapped to OSH Code 2020 employer duties. Factory owners get a safer, tighter plant without buying a single recent camera.

We are hiring 4 to 6 marketing and business development interns to take this product to the Hyderabad MSME factory belt.

This is a real B2B sales and marketing role with targets, customer conversations and ownership. Astroc's Founder and Director,



Sreeharsha Pandula, is also the elected Vice President for Factories and Industries at Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB), the national MSME association, for the Kushaiguda, Charlapalli and Nacharam belt. The doors you knock on are already halfway open.

You will work a live pipeline of 238 priority factories, part of a 695-strong Medchal belt and a 6,600-factory Telangana database, and help run a launch event for 700 to 800 factory owners and CCTV dealers.

What you will do

Business development and sales
- Tele-call and message factory owners in Telugu, Hindi or English and open on the concern that matters to that owner
- Qualify interest, gauge fit against camera size bands and book product demos with the right decision-maker
- Support demos in person at the plant or over screen-share, including walking owners through the dashboard on their own camera feeds
- Maintain the CRM pipeline end to e
